3 season gear list

This is the gear I use for hiking in the New Hampshire White Mountain area in seasons/months that are not winter. Typically this tends to be early/end May through early/mid October. It will depend on which peaks are being hiked, for example a 2000-3000 footer vs a 4000+ footer in the Presidential Range. Always make sure to check trail conditions and weather reports before heading out on your trek! This gear list is what works well for me, and is for suggestive and informational purposes only! Leukotape – for blisters, gear repair on the fly, injury
A couple bandaids
Latex free gloves
Pad – bad cuts/wounds (good absorption)
Back-up hair elastic
Pocket knife
Hand sanitizer
Sawyer picaridin bug spray (applied at car, not taken with)

Petzl Tikka headlamp
Extra batteries x2
Emergency bivvy
Emergency poncho
CNOC bladder for dirty water to filter

Osprey roll-top stuff sack for clothes

Nutrition + hydration:
Snacks: Picky bars, GU chews, nut butter, crackers, sandwiches, jerky, cereal, pistachios (what I bring depends on actual hike!)
Hydrapak 1.5L water bladder
Ultimate Direction soft flasks for electrolytes
Extra electrolytes either Nuun, Skratch Labs, or Ultima
