Trail Running & Speed Hiking

This is the gear I use for trail running/mountain running in the New Hampshire White Mountain area in seasons/months that are not winter. Typically this tends to be early/end May through early/mid October. It will depend on which peaks are being hiked, for example a 2000-3000 footer vs a 4000+ footer in the Presidential Range. Always make sure to check trail conditions and weather reports before heading out on your trek! This gear list is what works well for me, and is for suggestive and informational purposes only! Links provided where I could find exact product I use!

Some great websites to check out regarding trail conditions and weather are NETC, National Weather Service, Mt. Washington Observatory, and Mountain Forecast!
