Do that which makes you feel good. Know and understand how to feel and feel everything honestly. Enjoy movement… fluid movement might not be forever, cherish it while it’s present. Stretch a little bit daily, even if it’s a simple sun salutation. Push yourself, mentally and physically because you are the only one who can ultimately define your limits. Stop and listen – to yourself, to nature, to your friends and family. Talk to people, in person, like really really talk to them and get to know them. Friendships and connections are magic. Stop lying to yourself… if you must lie, just make sure there is one person you’re always honest with – YOU. Stop hating x, y, and z about yourself or your body because you only get one body and every single body is different. We are built to be different and to accomplish our own unique set of goals and dreams. Invert yourself every now and again because seeing the world upside down can be fun and useful. Tell people how much they mean to you. Let go. Let it be. Surround yourself with people who support your most difficult dreams and help to push you towards reaching them. Allow rest. Take action. Constantly evolve and challenge yourself. Be humble. Be even more humble. Create substantial goals and have an aggressive work ethic which allows you to reach those goals. Take naps. Kick any demons out of your life, or learn how to work with them. Trust people, this includes yourself. Say thank you, your welcome, and HELLO to people and yourself. Take a step back, breathe, acknowledge yourself and the world and your place in the world and then continue forwards. Stop over thinking everything. Slow down when it’s needed and speed up when you can. Drink a cup of coffee before bed now and then, it likely won’t kill you. Nourish yourself – mentally, physically, emotionally. Be ballsy. Give when nobody is watching. Constantly work on mental strength. Ignite passion and follow your damn passions. Leave the past behind. Don’t quit, can’t fail. Be the absolute best version of YOU, whatever that may be.
